10.04.2022: again I was blessed and enjoyed very good walking weather. Thank you

But I also enjoyed my body. Why that? My feet are aching as I do have the blisters I tried to avoid (under the cornea). Neither the feet nor the body are going on strike so far and get my closer to my target. I know that I have a strong will but this complete SWCP is not only a mental thing but much more of a physical thing. You have to rely on your body, your fitness & health.

As I had a Covid19 infection with symptoms early this year my preparation plan for this adventure was not carried out as planned. So, taking that into account I am so proud and happy of my body to company my spirit on this SWCP adventure. Walking an average of 25km (estimated) per day is tough enough, but all these ups and downs and carrying a heavy bag pack brings me in reach of my personal limits. The recent days I not only feel my feet hurting but I realized the my power and endurance is on a fairly low level.

Saying all this I need to say to myself and my body: Thank you! I am proud of my body and I certainly will give it a nice treat when I have finished this SWCP adventure.
