Day -37 : 420/630 : Perranporth to Hell’s Mouth

02.04.2022: The weather was still okay today. I woke up this morning as the rain hit the roof of my van and it was fairly loud. But when we started walking it even got warm (for a while). We? I met my friend Ben and his dog Loki this morning and we did the first part of this section together. That was a very nice walk as we had not seen for almost two years.

420/630 – not sure, but my mathematical skills try to convince me that that is equal to 2/3. That means when I was at Chapel Porth I had 420 miles walked on the path and hence I have completed 2/3 of the the total 630 miles. Hey, congratulations to myself. Well, bis of sadness on the other hand as this adventure will come to an end in the next weeks.

As no bus is scheduled to go up to Hell’s Mouth at this time of the year I tried to figure out alternatives with my bike in combination with a bus. All options did not really convince me, especially not as this section would be almost 30km to walk. Ben offered to pick me up at Hell’s Mouth and get me to Perranporth, which I happily agreed on. Unfortunately I realized that I forgot my goPro cam in the van …. hmmm. But Ben was so helpful and get me back to the van and again to Perranporth to start walking finally.
